The architectural services we offer guide clients from early feasibility and analysis all the way to completion and after care.

The types of projects we work on include new builds, extensions, refurbishments, change of use and interior design. Our sectors include residential, commercial, educational, retail and master planning.

Project Milestones:

Pre-Design (RIBA stage 0 & 1)

During this initial stage, we will determine the feasibility of the project and identify your goals. We conduct site evaluations, establish project parameters and prepare with you the initial statement of need. Pre-Design tends to complete with a preliminary project brief which will also identify potential risks and opportunities.

Design + Planning (RIBA stage 2&3)

We will prepare several scenarios of a project in sketch form to respond to the site and your initial requirements. We then develop an initial concept with you based on our findings. Program, location, daylighting, materials and how spaces and their uses connect all become key ingredients. Scheme drawings and supporting documentation begin to follow and this stage typically concludes with obtaining planning permission.

Technical Design + Procurement (RIBA stage 4)

In the technical design stage, we develop and detail the scheme and focus on specification, procurement and logistics. We coordinate the project with consultants like structural engineers and M&E consultants, and ensure the proposal complies with building regulations. The tender follows and we guide you through the assessment of contractors, and any specialist suppliers that may be needed.

Construction + Completion (RIBA stage 5&6)

Once a project reaches site, we make regular site visits to ensure that works on site progress well and so that any changes do not impact your project negatively. We support the contractor in solution finding and can also be the contract administrator on your behalf. As a project nears completion we aim for a smooth handover and support you in early operation.

Interior Design

​We employ our interior design skills throughout most projects as we believe this forms the interface to a building. We also like to offer FF&E design to fully complete the interior. This can include fitted furniture, window treatments and soft furnishings.
