This project is a mixed-use Shopping Mall. The main focus of the design is on creating external and internal terraces, along with a central undulating void. This helps to efficiently manage space in a relatively small area while providing easy vertical circulation.

In terms of types of businesses, the project moved away from retail and instead prioritized areas for food and beverage, leisure, education, and shared office spaces.
