On this commercial project we created the concept and schematic design for two show apartments inside a prestigious residential multi-unit development. We coordinated the design with our local partner in Beijing ensuring construction was delivered at a very high standard.

Requirements on speculative residential projects for this market section have similarities with the hospitality sector. While offering an utmost of comfort and convenience, the challenge is to deliver a design language that has a broad appeal. We used classical interior elements to help define areas in the open plan and to carefully connect the various spaces with each other.
